焦虑症大学生心理防御方式及与家庭养育方式的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGICAL DEFENSE STYLE OF UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS WITH ANXIETY AND PARENTAL REARING BEHAVIOR

目的探讨焦虑症大学生心理防御方式及与家庭养育方式的关系。方法分别采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、防御方式问卷（DSQ）和父母养育方式问卷（EMBU）对41例焦虑症大学生（研究组）和43名正常大学生（对照组）进行测试。结果研究组中间型和不成熟型防御因子分均较对照组显著增高（t=5.27、2.79,P〈0.05）,其中投射、潜意显现、抱怨、幻想、分裂、退行、反作用形成、假性利他、伴无能之全能、交往倾向因子分明显高于对照组（t=2.71～5.17,P〈0.05）,压抑、期望因子分明显低于对照组（t=3.06、2.30,P〈0.05）。研究组FSS1、MSS1、MSS3分明显低于对照组,差异有显著性（t=4.017～4.671,P〈0.05）;而FSS2、FSS3、FSS5、FSS6、MSS2因子分明显高于对照组,差异有显著性（t=2.205～3.967,P〈0.05）;研究组FSS2、FSS4、FSS5分与因子3呈正相关,MSS3分与因子1呈正相关（r=0.232～0.276,P〈0.05）。结论焦虑症大学生更多地使用不成熟防御机制,并且其防御方式与父母养育方式有关。

Objective To study the relationship between psychological defense style in undergraduates with anxiety and parental rearing behavior. Methods The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale（HAMA）,Defensive Style Questionmire（DSQ）and Egrna Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran（EMBU）scales were used to assess 41 undergraduates with anxiety（research group）and43normal undergraduates（control group）. Results The scores of intermediate-and immature-type defense factor scores in the research group were higher than that in the control group（t=5.27,2.79;P〈0.05）,of which,the scores of projection,hidden meaning appearing,complaints,fantasy,fission,regression,retroaction formation,pseudo altruistic tendency,and communication tendency were markedly higher（t=2.71-5.17,P〈0.05）,and the scores of depressive factor and expectation factor were lower（t=3.06,2.30;P〈0.01）.The scores of FSS1,MSS1 and MSS3in the research group were significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were significant（t=4.017-4.671,P〈0.05）;and the scores of FSS2,FSS3,FSS5,FSS6,and MSS2 were significantly higher than that in the control group（t=2.205-3.967,P〈0.05）.FSS2,FSS4 and FSS5in research group were positively correlated with F3,and MSS3 positively correlated with F1（r=0.232-0.276,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The undergraduates with anxiety mostly use immature defense mechanisms,the defense style is associated with parental rearing patterns.
