摘要
在国家主体功能区划中,限制开发区域和禁止开发区域承担着生态建设的责任,在该区域的扶贫工作中,要同时兼顾经济发展和生态保护。通过对目前我国主要脱贫途径和限制与禁止开发区域发展情况进行分析,并根据云南省限制与禁止开发区域的发展情况与扶贫模式,提出对该区域扶贫工作的建议。
In the national major function zoning, restricted and forbidden development zones are responsxble for ecological construction. In the zones, poverty-relief work should consider both economic development and ecological protection. The paper analyzed the main ways of poverty alleviation and development situations of the restricted and forbidden development zones in our country, and according to the development situation and poverty alleviation pattern in the zones of Yunnan province presented suggestions for poverty-relief work.
