磨牙症患者的抑郁焦虑情绪状况分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:调查磨牙症患者的抑郁和焦虑状况。方法:选取452名患者作为研究对象,征得其同意并签署知情同意书后,发放抑郁症状分量表和广泛性焦虑量表,所得数据使用秩和检验和卡方检验进行分析。结果:磨牙症组抑郁和焦虑阳性率均明显高于非磨牙症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的抑郁症状在情感和躯体两个维度上的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),磨牙症组患者的抑郁症状中精力疲乏、饮食障碍、心情低落、动作迟缓4个症状与非磨牙症组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:磨牙症与抑郁和焦虑相关,磨牙症患者抑郁的躯体和情感症状更显著。 Objective: To investigate anxiety and depression in patients with bruxism. Methods: 452 patients were recruited, and questionnaires for patient Health Questionnaire-9 and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 item Scale were distributed after signing informed consent. The data from the questionnaires were analyzed by rank sum test and chi-square test. Results: The positive rate of depression and anxiety in bruxism group were significantly higher than the non-bruxism group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The difference of symptoms in two groups of emotional and physical dimensions were statistically significant(P〈0.05). more significantly depression symptoms like fatigue,anorexia, mood swings and movement delay were found in the Bruxism group than in the non-bruxism group'(P0.05).Conclusion: There is an association between bruxism and depression and anxiety, and physical and emotional symptoms of depression in patients with bruxism is more significant.
