毛发-牙-骨综合征患者的牙齿组织结构分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究毛发-牙-骨综合征(tricho-dento-osseous syndrome,TDO)患者恒牙组织结构。方法:收集TDO患者被拔除的恒牙,通过光镜及扫描电镜观察牙釉质及牙本质结构,进行能谱分析牙釉质成分,比较患牙与正常健康恒牙组织形态及成分构成的异同。结果:光镜下,患牙牙釉质薄而不规则,牙本质小管杂乱,有分层,托姆斯颗粒层排列稀疏,髓腔内可见钙化团块;扫描电镜下,牙釉质表面粗糙,未见晶体结构;能谱分析示患牙邻面牙釉质中钙、磷含量分别为17.66%、8.97%,正常对照牙为53.14%、20.63%。患牙纵剖面牙釉质钙、磷含量也明显降低。结论:该TDO患者牙齿组织结构及成分构成与正常对照有明显差异,与临床表型相符。 Objective: To investigate the histological characteristics of teeth in a patient with tricho-dento-osseous syndrome(TDO). Methods: The patient's permanent teeth were extracted and collected, and the histological structures of the teeth were evaluated by using light microscope and scanning electron microscope. Elemental analysis was conducted by using an energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer. Results: Under light microscope, the TDO teeth showed a thin layer of amorphous enamel, a stratified structure of dentinal tubules, sparsely arranged Tomes' granular layer, and pulp calcification. The cut surface was rough, and crystals of the enamel was not distinguishable using scanning electron microscope. The Ca and P proportion of proximal surface of the patient's enamel was 17.66% and 8.97%, while the Ca and P proportion of that from the normal control was 17.66% and 8.97%. Conclusion: Histological analyses of the patient's teeth showed characteristic TDO-related abnormalities that are significantly different from normal teeth.
