Notch信号通路调控OPG/RANKL/RANK系统对骨质疏松椎体骨折影响的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)是一种比较常见的全身性骨骼系统疾病,患有此病者的骨量减少,骨组织微观结构出现退化,进而导致骨头脆化,容易出现骨折现象。骨质疏松症影响全世界2亿女性人口,是全球亟待探索和解决的老年慢性疾病之一,严重威胁着老年人的健康,已被WHO列为十大最严重疾病之一.
