摘要
小学生适应不良主要表现在自控不足、自卑不合群、注意力不集中、人际不良、自理差、自我中心、懒散拖沓等方面。从问题性质、心理发展阶段、不对称关系分析了各种适应不良的心理意义,并从价值寻求、趣味教学、体验教育和等待理念四个方面提出教育建议,以期为广大教育者提供一点借鉴和思考。
The main manifestations of children’s bad adaptation are the lack of self-control,sense of inferiority,being asocial,unfocused attention,bad interpersonal relationship,bad self-care,self -cen-tered,indolence and dilatoriness,etc.The paper analyzes the psychological meanings of various bad adap-tations from the angles of the problem nature,psychological development stage and asymmetrical relation-ship.The paper puts forward advice from the aspects of value pursuit,interest-oriented teaching,experi-ence education and waiting notion,aimed at providing references and thinking for educators.
