摘要
目的对上唇单侧唇裂修复术后皮肤侧与黏膜侧瘢痕组织血管生成密度及形态的差异进行研究,为应用抗血管生成药物减少上唇部瘢痕生成提供参考依据。方法收集35例单侧唇裂修复术后病人上唇切口部位皮肤侧及黏膜侧瘢痕组织,以CD34进行免疫组化染色,根据CD34表达对微血管进行计数后计算微血管密度,以Image J软件对生成血管最大径、最小径进行测量并计算二者之比。结果上唇皮肤侧瘢痕组织中微血管密度较黏膜侧明显增高(t=11.136,P<0.05),皮肤侧瘢痕组织中血管最大径、最小径及二者之比均较黏膜侧明显增大(Z=2.282、2.028,t=2.093,P<0.05)。结论单侧唇裂术后上唇皮肤侧瘢痕组织较黏膜侧血管生成密度增高且形态变异较多,这可能会影响上唇部瘢痕的形成。
Objective To study the differences of density and form of angiogenesis in skin-side scar and mucosa-side scar,provide reference for using anti-angiogenic drugs to reduce scar of upper lip. Methods The scar tissue of skin and oral mucosa was collected from the incision site of the upper lip in 35 patients.The samples were immunostained with anti-CD34.The number of microvessel was counted and the microvessel density calculated according to the expression of CD34.Using Image J software,the maximum diameter and minimum diameter of generated blood vessels were measured and the ratio of the two vessels was calculated. Results The microvessel density in skin side was obviously higher than in mucosa side(t=11.136,P〈0.05),and the maximum diameter and minimum diameter of generated blood vessels,and the ratio of maximum diameter/minimum diameter in scar tissue of skin side were enlarged versus that in mucosa side(Z=2.282,2.028;t=2.093;P〈0.05). Conclusion After surgery for unilateral cleft,the density of generated blood vessels in scar tissue of skin side is higher than that in mucosa side with more variation in form,which may impact scar formation of upper lip.
