促红细胞生成素对组织器官保护作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 促红细胞生成素受体可在红系祖细胞之外的多种细胞及组织中表达,并且其不同受体类型与配体结合可发挥不同功能——促红细胞生成和组织保护。大剂量的促红细胞生成素可通过多种机制对不同器官损害发挥一定保护作用。
