摘要
通过研究4个供试灵芝菌株生长速度、爬壁能力、菌丝密度和气生菌丝量等性状,筛选出最佳的灵芝母种培养基配方为马铃薯200 g,葡萄糖20 g,琼脂20 g,蔗渣粉20 g,蛋白胨3 g,磷酸二氢钾3 g,硫酸镁1.5 g,维生素B20.1 g;通过比较4个菌株在不同栽培基质上子实体干重、子实体厚度和子实体直径筛选到最适灵芝栽培配方为甘蔗渣82%、啤酒糟15%、石灰粉2%、糖1%;椴木栽培灵芝和蔗渣栽培的灵芝之间总三萜含量差异不大,其中4个供试灵芝总三萜含量均高于10 mg/g;实验结果显示蔗渣栽培的灵芝子实体中多糖含量是椴木栽培灵芝的两倍以上;重金属检测结果显示蔗渣栽培灵芝主要重金属元素含量低于椴木灵芝,但微量元素Mg、Zn、Se等含量较高,其中有机硒含量为0.189 mg/g。
In this work,the suitable formula for cultivating Ganoderma lucidum was optimized by evaluating the hypha growth rate,climbing ability,density of hypha and aerial hypha biological conversion.The best results were shown for the cultivating with potatoes 200 g,glucose 20 g,agar 20 g,bagasse 20 g,peptone 3 g,KH2PO43 g,Mg SO41.5 g,and VB20.1 g per liter.Comparing to the dry weight,thickness and sporophore diameter of four kinds of Ganoderma lucidum,GL0003 and GL0102 were proved to be the most suitable species,and their best media components were bagasses 82%,vinasse 15%,lime powder 2%,sugar 15%.The total triterpenoid contents result showed little difference between this two cultivation methods,all of them which grown on bagasse were higher than10 mg / g; Comparing with basswood groups,the polysaccharide contents of bagasse groups were more than twice.The contents of the main heavy metal elements in Ganoderma lucidum grown on bagassewas lower than that on basswood,but its organic magnesium,zinc and selenium content were higher than the basswood group,among them,the content of organic selenium was 0.189 mg / g.
