辨证分型治疗慢性浅表性胃炎随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Parallel Controlled Study on Chronic Superficial Gastritis Treated by Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs

[目的]观察辨证分型治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将77例(住院/门诊)患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组38例奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d;铝碳酸镁,1000mg/次,3次/d;幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染使用阿莫西林胶囊,1000mg/次,2次/d,克拉霉素,500mg/次,2次/d。治疗组39例辨证分型治疗,脾胃气虚-香砂六君子汤;脾胃虚寒-黄芪健中汤;肝胃不和-柴胡疏肝散;脾胃湿热-连朴饮;1剂/d,水煎1000m L,早晚口服。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、疗效指数、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈20例,显效13例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率92.30%。对照组临床痊愈9例,显效11例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率78.90%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型治疗慢性浅表性胃炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]This paper aims at observing the curative effect of syndrome differentiation in treating chronic superficial gastritis.[Methods]Random parallel control method was used.77 cases（hospital/clinic）patients were divided for two groups according to disease history,drawing lots and visiting sequence.Control group（38 cases）dealt with omeprazole,20mg/time,2 times/d;hydrotalcite,1000 mg/time,3 times/d;Helicobacter pylori（HP）infection dealt with amoxicillin capsules,1000 mg/time,2 times daily;clarithromycin,500 mg each time,2 times daily.Treatment group（39 cases of syndrome differentiation treatment,spleen and stomach qi deficiency Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction;spleen and stomach-Astragalus in health Decoction;liver stomach disharmony-Chaihu Shugan powder;damp heat in the spleen and the stomach-lianpuyin,1 agent daily,water frying 1000 ml,taking orally at day and night.2 weeks were treated continuously as 1 course.The efficacy was determined by observing clinical symptoms,efficacy index,adverse reactions after 1 course treatment.[Result]20 cases were cured after treatment in the treatment group,13 cases were markedly effective,3 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 92.30%.In the control group 9 cases were cured in clinic,11 cases were markedly effective,10 cases effective,8 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 78.90%.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The treatment of chronic superficial gastritis syndromes has curative effect without serious adverse reactions,and was worth of promotion.
