清胃汤治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎随机平行对照研究

Qingwei Decoction Spleen Chronic Superficial Gastritis Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察清胃汤治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组41例胃得乐,1~2g/次,3次/d,饭后嚼碎口服。治疗组41例清胃汤（石膏12g,黄芩、生地各3g,丹皮4.5g,黄连、升麻各3g）,水煎200m L,早晚口服,100m L/次。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜状况、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈31例,显效7例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率97.56%。对照组痊愈15例,显效11例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率78.05%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]清胃汤治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Qingwei Decoction spleen chronic superficial gastritis efficacy.[Methods]randomized,parallel controlled method,82 outpatients law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups.The control group 41 cases of stomach Sidel,1 ~ 2g/time,3 times/d,orally chewed after meals.The treatment group 41 cases Qingwei soup（Shigao 12 g,Huangqi,Shengdi 3g,Danpi 4.5g,Huanglian,Shengma each 3g）,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later,oral,100 m L/times.28 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,gastric hemorrhage,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group cured 31 cases,effective in 7 cases,2 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the total efficiency of 97.56%.Cured 15 cases in the control group,11 cases markedly effective in 6 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 78.05%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Qingwei Decoction spleen chronic superficial gastritis results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
