复方丹参滴丸联合氯吡格雷治疗气血瘀滞冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

Analysis on Curative Effects of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill Combined with Clopidogrel for the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of CHD and Safety Evaluation

[目的]观察复方丹参滴丸联合氯吡格雷治疗气血瘀滞冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将92例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组46例氯吡格雷,75mg/次,2次/d。治疗组46例复方丹参滴丸,5粒/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛次数、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈18例,显效20例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率为93.48%。对照组治愈12例,显效15例,有效7例,无效12例,总有效率73.91%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]复方丹参滴丸联合氯吡格雷治疗气血瘀滞冠心病心绞痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the compound danshen dropping pill with clopidogrel therapy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,92 cases of hospitalized patients by pathography number the draw method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group,46 cases of clopidogrel 75 mg/times,2 times/d.Treatment group of 46 cases of compound danshen dropping pill,5 / time,3 times/d;Western medicine treatment with the control group.For 2 weeks to 1 treatment course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,angina frequency and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Result]The treatment group cure 18 cases,20 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 93.48%.Control group cure in 12 cases,15 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,12 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 73.91%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Compound danshen dropping pill with clopidogrel therapy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,curative effect is satisfied,no serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
