活血消痤汤联合克痤隐酮+四环素治疗痤疮随机平行对照研究

The Random Parallel Control Study about The Treatment of Acne with Huoxue Xiao Zuo Tang joint Kecuocryptone and Tetracycline

[目的]观察活血消痤汤联合克痤隐酮+四环素治疗痤疮疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组30例克痤隐酮乳膏适量外用,每晚1次;四环素片0.5g/次,3次/d。治疗组30例活血消痤汤(桃仁、红花各10g,当归12g,熟地15g,川芎6g,赤芍10g,陈皮、姜半夏各6g,白鲜皮、地肤子、蛇床子、没药、丹参各10g;皮肤瘙痒加荆芥10g,防风6g;有脓头加蒲公英30g,黄芩10g),水煎400m L,早晚温服;克痤隐酮乳膏、四环素片治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,好转7例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈9例,好转10例,无效11例,总有效率63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]活血消痤汤联合克痤隐酮+四环素治疗痤疮,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of acne treatment with Huoxue Xiao Zuo Tang joint Kecuocryptone＋Tetracycline.[Methods]By the random parallel control method,60 cases of clinic patients in clinic order numbers simple random were divided into two groups.Control group 30 cases were given Kecuocryptone for external using one times a night and tetracycline piece of 0.5 g/time,3 times/d.Treatment group 30 cases were given Huoxue Xiao Zuo Tang（peach kernel10 g,safflower 10 g,angelica12 g,prepared rhizome of rehmannia15 g,rhizoma ligustici wallichii 6g,red paeony root10 g,dried tangerine or orange peel 6g,ginger pinellia 6g,cortex dictamni,kochia scoparia,common cnidium fruit,myrrh,salvia miltiorrhiza each 10 g,itchy skin with herba schizonepetae 10 g and windproof 6g,pus head with dandelion 30 g,baikal skullcap root10g） which fried 400 ml water,temperature suiting at morning and evening;The rest of the treatment with the control group.Treatment of 1 month is 1 treatment course.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.As a course treatment,judge curative effect after 30 days and observing 60 cases.[Result]The treatment group（26 cases cured,7 cases improved,3 cases no effect,the total effective rate was 90.00%.And 10 cases cured,9 cases improved,11 cases no effect in the control group,total effective rate was 63.33%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The curative effect of acne treatment with Huoxue Xiao Zuo Tang joint Kecuocryptone＋Tetracycline is satisfied,no serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
