中药熏蒸坐浴联合曲安奈德益康唑治疗湿热型肛周湿疹随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Group Study Medicine Fumigation Bath Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole Cream Treat Eczema(Heat Syndrome)

[目的]观察中药熏蒸坐浴联合曲安奈德益康唑治疗湿热型肛周湿疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组;避免各种刺激因素和做好日常皮肤护理。对照组30例曲安奈德益康唑,局部外用,适量涂于患处,每日早晚各1次。治疗组30例中药熏蒸坐浴（黄柏20g,苦参25g,五倍子15g,虎杖25g,蛇床子、血竭、薄荷脑、马齿苋各15g）,200m L,40℃温开水冲至适量,趁蒸汽熏蒸患部,水温降至可耐受程度时坐入药液坐浴15~20min,1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生活质量、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。生存质量评分两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]中药熏蒸坐浴联合曲安奈德益康唑治疗湿热型肛周湿疹,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Abstrract [Objective]Observe the effect of fumigation bath triamcinolone acetonide econazole heat type of eczema treatment efficacy.[Methods]The 60 cases of outpatient treatment order numbers randomly divided into two simple;avoid all kinds of incentives and good daily skin care.30 patients triamcinolone econazole,topical,applyonto the affected area,once a day sooner or later.Chinese fumigation treatment group of 30 patients bath（Kushen20g,Kushen25 g,Wubeizi15g,Huzhang25 g,Shechuangzi,Xuejie,Bohenao,Machixian each 15g）,200 m L,40 ℃ warm open water to moderate,while steam fumigation affected area,the temperature dropped into the liquid can take when tolerance bath 15-20 min,1 times/d;Western medicine with the control group.21 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,quality of life,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Qo L improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Chinese fumigation bath triamcinolone acetonide econazole damp-heat eczema treatment,results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,should be promoted.
