辨证分型联合西药治疗消化道溃疡随机平行对照研究

Syndromes Combined with Western Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗消化道溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院及门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例克拉霉素,0.5g/次,2次/d;埃索美拉唑,40mg/次,2次/d;阿莫西林,1g/次,2次/d。治疗组40例辨证分型,气虚不摄-归脾汤(当归、酸枣仁、乌贼骨、龙眼肉、人参、茯神各15g,白及、白术各12g,远志、木香各6g,黄芪20g,甘草炙3g,大枣6粒,生姜3片);胃中积热-泻心汤合十灰散(甘草炙、生大黄各3g,石斛6g,黄连5g,黄芩、白茅根、侧柏叶、竹茹、茜草根各9g,白及、棕榈炭各12g,乌贼骨15g);1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服,150m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效14例,有效18例,无效8例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。中医症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗消化道溃疡疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Syndromes Combined with Western treatment of peptic ulcer.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,80 outpatients and inpatients law simply by flipping a coin randomized into two groups.The control group of 40 patients clarithromycin,0.5 g/times,2 times/d.Esomeprazole,40mg/times,2 times/d.Amoxicillin,1 g/times,2 times/d.Treatment group,40 patients syndrome type,Qi is not taken-spleen soup（angelica,Semen,cuttlefish bone,longan,ginseng,Poria the 15 g,white and,Atractylodes 12 g,Polygala,woody each 6g,Astragalus 20 g,licorice 3g,jujube 6,ginger 3）;stomach accumulated heat-Xiexintang folded gray powder（Sunburn licorice,rhubarb born each 3g,Dendrobium 6g,Coptis 5g,skullcap,rhizome,Oriental Arborvitae,Zhuru,madder root each 9g,white,and,palm charcoal each 12 g,cuttlefish bone 15g）;1/d,decoction 300 m L,sooner or later orally.Western medicine with the control group.14 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,TCM symptom scores,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 28 cases,10 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 95.00%.The control group 14 cases markedly effective in 18 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.TCM symptom scores improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Syndromes Combined with Western gastrointestinal ulcer treatment satisfaction,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
