红藤汤内服、灌肠联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎随机平行对照研究

Hongteng soup Orally,Chronic Pelvic combined with Western Medicine Inflammatory Disease Enema Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察红藤汤内服、灌肠联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将74例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。左氧氟沙星,0.3g/次,1次/d,静滴;甲硝唑,0.2g/次,3次/d,口服。对照组37例红藤汤(红花、苦参各10g,忍冬藤、丹参各12g,赤芍10g,败酱草、紫花地丁各15g,香附、紫草各12g,蒲公英30g,乳香5g,红藤30g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次。治疗组37例红藤汤灌肠,平卧位,口服后药渣煎200m L,凉至温度适宜,导尿管与直肠距离<140mm,20min内完成灌注,经期停止;1次/d,睡前灌注;红藤汤内服同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、后盆腔包块体积、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效20例,无效1例,总有效率97.30%。对照组显效11例,有效18例,无效8例,总有效率78.83%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]红藤汤内服、灌肠联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe SFAS soup oral,enema combined with Western medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,74 inpatients and outpatients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Levofloxacin,0.3g/times,1 times/d,intravenous.Metronidazole,0.2 g/time,3 times/d,orally.37 cases in the control group SFAS soup（Honghua,Kushen 10 g,Rendongteng,Danshen 12 g,Chishao 10 g,Baijiangcao,Zihuadiding 15 g,Xiangfu,Zicao each 12 g,Pugongying 30 g,Ruxiang 5g,Hongteng 30g）,1/d,decoction 400 m L,sooner or later,oral,200 m L/times.The treatment group 37 cases SFAS soup enema,supine after oral administration dregs fried 200 m L,cool to a temperature suitable,catheters and rectal distance〈140mm,complete infusion within 20 min,menstruation stops perfusion;1 times/d,before going to bed perfusion.SFAS soup orally with the control group.10 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms after pelvic mass volume,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 16 cases,effective 20 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the total efficiency of 97.30%.In the control group,11 cases markedly effective in 18 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 78.83%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]SFAS soup oral,enema combined with Western medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
