龙胆泻肝汤、强的松联合火把花根片治疗白塞氏病随机平行对照研究

Longdan Xiegan soup,Huoba Huagen Combine Prednisone Therapy Behcet's Disease Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察龙胆泻肝汤、强的松联合火把花根片治疗白塞氏病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将30例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组15例强的松,开始1mg·kg-1,1d/次,顿服,每20~30d减5mg;强的松减至30mg后,加环磷酰胺,50mg/次,2次/d;两疗程后,改为维持量50mg,1次/d。无生育要求或选苯丁酸氮芥,1mg·kg-1,1次/d,维持剂量2mg/d。治疗组15例龙胆泻肝汤（龙胆草、黄芩、泽泻、车前子、生地、当归各9g,木通、栀子、甘草各6g;肝肾阴虚加黄芪、党参、生地、玄参、天冬、百合、茯苓各15g,当归、白芍、栀子、川芎、甘草各10g;口腔溃疡加黄连;生殖器溃疡加苦参）,1剂/d,水煎600m L,早中晚口服,200m L/次;强的松治疗同对照组,强的松减至30mg使用火把花根片,0.9g/次,3次/d。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、视网膜、脉络膜血管、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效12例,有效3例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组显效6例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]龙胆泻肝汤、强的松联合火把花根片治疗白塞氏病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Longdan,prednisone HUOBAHUAGEN treatment of Behcet’s disease treatment.[Methods]Randomized,parallel controlled method,30 cases of outpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Prednisone control group 15 cases,began 1 mg·kg-1,1d/second,Dayton clothing,every 20~30d Save 5mg;prednisone reduced after 30 mg,plus cyclophosphamide,50 mg/times,2 times/d;two after treatment,to maintain the volume 50 mg,1 times/d.No fertility requirements or choose chlorambucil,1 mg·kg-1,1 times/d,a maintenance dose of 2mg/d.The treatment group 15 cases Longdan（Longdan,Huangqin,Zexie,Cheqianzi,Shengdi,Dangugi 9g,Mutong,Zhizi,Gancao 6g;liver and kidney Huangqi,Dangshen,Shengdi,Xuanshen,Tiandong,Baihe,Fuli ng 15 g,Danggui,Baizshao,Zhizi,Chaunxiong,Gancao each 10g;oral ulcers plus Huanglain;genital ulcers plus Kushen）,a/d,decoction 600 m L,early in the evening oral,200 m L/times.Prednisone,starting 1 mg·kg-1,1d/second,Dayton clothing,every 20~30d Save 5mg;later reduced to 30 mg,joint HUOBAHUAGEN,0.9 g/time,3 times/d.30 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,retinal,choroidal,adv erse reactions.Continuous treatment for 3 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 12 cases,effective in 3 cases,0 cases,the total efficiency of 100.00%.A control group that were 6 cases,effective in 5 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency 73.33%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Long Dan Xie Gan,prednisone HUOBAHUAGEN treatment of Behcet’s disease results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
