针刺联合逍遥汤治疗郁证随机平行对照研究

Treating Depression with Random Parallel Controlled Study of Both Acupuncture and Medicine

[目的]观察针刺联合逍遥汤治疗郁证疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组30例逍遥汤(当归、川芎、白芍、郁金、鸡血藤、茯苓各20g,牡蛎、石决明、珍珠母、龙骨各30g,陈皮、白术、木香、柴胡、香附各15g,甘草10g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早中晚口服。治疗组30例取神庭、百会,率谷、太阳、内关、太冲、三阴交均双侧;喉中有梗加天突,胸中满闷加膻中;患者仰卧位,常规消毒,平补平泻,针刺得气后留针20min,1次/d;逍遥汤治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈9例,显效10例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%。对照组痊愈4例,显效9例,有效8例,无效9例,总有效率66.6%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺联合逍遥汤治疗郁证,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Xiaoyao Decoction in treating depression.[Methods]60 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.The control group（30 cases） was treated with Xiaoyao Decoction（Radix Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Alba,radix curcumae,suberect spatholobus stem,Poria,20 g,oyster,abalone shell,mother of pearl,keel the 30 g,dried tangerine peel,Atractylodes macrocephala,Costas,bupleurum,Cyperus rotundus each 15 g,licorice 10 g.1 agent/d,400 m L oral decoction,early in the evening.Treatment group（n = 30） take God court,Baihui,the rate of valley,sun,Neiguan,Taichong,Sanyinjiao both sides;in the throat stems with sudden,chest stuffiness and Tanzhong;with the patient supine,regular disinfection,flat flat for diarrhea,acupuncture was after the gas needle 20 min,1 times/D;Xiaoyao Decoction in the treatment of with the control group.10 d is a continuous treatment for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,determine the efficacy.[Results]9 cases were cured,10 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.3%.In the control group,4 cases were cured,9 cases markedly effective,8 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 66.6%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Acupuncture combined with the treatment of depression,efficacy,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
