胸腺五肽穴位注射、穴位敷贴联合西药治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染随机平行对照研究

Thymopentin Injection,Point Application Combined with Western Treatment of Children Randomized Controlled Study Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections

[目的]观察胸腺五肽穴位注射、穴位敷贴联合西药治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将69例门诊及住院患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组34例头孢克肟,1.5mg/kg,2次/d;利巴韦林,50mg/次,3次/d;穴位贴敷(白芥子、甘遂、延胡索、肉桂、细辛以1:1:1:1:1比例调配),烘干研末,过100目筛,姜水、水、凡士林调制为稠膏状,涂抹防过敏贴后贴天突、肺俞、定喘穴,1d/次。治疗组35例胸腺五肽穴位注射,选穴双侧足三里,常规消毒,0.5m L/穴,2次/周;防止呼吸道感染,如遇不良反应停止给药;西药、穴位敷贴治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、免疫球蛋白(Ig G、Ig A、Ig M)、外周血T细胞亚群(CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率94.29%。对照组显效9例,有效19例,无效8例,总有效率76.47%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。免疫指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]胸腺五肽穴位注射、穴位敷贴联合西药治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe thymopentin injection,Point Application Combined with Western treatment of children with recurrent respiratory infection.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,69 cases of outpatient and inpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 34 patients cefixime,1.5mg/kg,2 times/d.Ribavirin,50mg/time,3 times/d.Acupoint application（Baijiezi,Ganshui,Yanhusuo,Xixin 1：1：1：1：1 ratio of allocation）,drying into powder,over 100 mesh sieve,ginger water,water,petroleum jelly is a thick paste modulation like,stick applicator hypoallergenic posted days after the conflict,Feishu,Dingchuanxue,1d/times.The treatment group 35 cases Thymopentin injection,selection of points Zusanli,routine disinfection,0.5m L/points,2 times/week.Prevent respiratory infections,such as the case of adverse reaction was stopped by the administration.Western medicine,acupuncture treatment applicator with the control group.28 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,immunoglobulin（Ig G,Ig A,Ig M）,peripheral blood T cell subsets（CD3＋T cells,CD4＋T cells,CD8＋T cells）,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 26 cases,effective in 7 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 94.29%.Group 9 cases,effective in 19 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency 76.47%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Immune parameters improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]thymopentin injection,Point Application Combined with Western treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
