温针灸联合祛风通痹汤治疗风湿寒性关节痛随机平行对照研究

Qufeng Tongbi Soup Combined with Warm Acupuncture to treat Rheumatism and Joint Pain Cold Chills Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察温针灸联合祛风通痹汤治疗风湿寒性关节痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组43例双氯芬酸钠,25~50mg/次,3次/d。治疗组43例祛风通痹汤（鹿衔草、桃仁、干姜、薏仁各30g,熟地黄、桂枝、淫羊藿、黄芪、徐长卿、红花各15g,当归、狗脊各12g,制川乌、透骨草、川羌、威灵仙、防风各10g,附子9g,甘草5g,全蝎2g,蜈蚣1条）,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次;温针灸：阿是穴,手三里、尺泽、曲池,背部夹脊穴;膝部阳陵泉、内膝眼、犊鼻,踝部商丘、解溪、丘墟;缓慢旋转进针,得气后留针,用艾卷针柄上施灸,留针20min/次,或直接用艾叶温灸,10min/次,穴位间隔5min,1次/d。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、关节病灶、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,疗程间隔3d,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈14例,有效25例,无效4例,总有效率90.70%。对照组痊愈5例,有效24例,无效14例,总有效率67.44%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]温针灸联合祛风通痹汤治疗风湿寒性关节痛疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Qufeng Tongbi Soup combined with cold temperatures acupuncture to treat rheumatism and joint pain treatment.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,86 cases of outpatient and inpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 43 patients diclofenac sodium,25~50mg/time,3 times/d.Treatment group of 43 patients expelling tongbi soup（Pyrolae,peach,ginger,barley each 30 g,Rehmannia,Gui,epimedium,astragalu s,Xu Changqing,safflower each 15 g,angelica,Woodwardia each 12 g,system Aconitum,Speranskia,Sichuan Qiang,Clematis,wind 10 g,monkshood 9g,licorice 5g,Scorpion 2g,centipede 1）,decoction 400 m L,sooner or later,oral,200 m L/times.Warming Acupuncture：acupoints Aschoff points;elbow acupoints hand three years,foot Ze,Qu pool,back acupoints ridge hole;knee acupoints Yanglingquan,knee eyes,nose calf,ankle acupoints Shangqiu,solution Creek,Qiu Hui;slowly rotating the needle after the gas needle,with the AI volume needle handle moxibustion,the needle 20min/time,or directly with the leaves moxibustion,10min/time,points interval 5min,1 times/d.15 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,rheumatoid cold joint lesions,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 course of treatment interval 3d,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 14 cases,effective 25 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 90.70%.The control group recovered five cases,effective 24 cases,ineffective in 14 cases,the total efficiency of 67.44%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Expelling Qufeng Tongbi Soup combined with warm acupuncture treatment of rheumatoid cold arthralgia results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
