针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘随机平行对照研究

Cough Variant Asthma Randomized Controlled Study of Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Acupoint Application

[目的]观察针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将96例门诊及住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组48例舒利迭,1吸/次,2次/d。治疗组48例针刺,隔俞、肺俞、定喘(均双侧),依次针刺,提插捻转得气后,TDP神灯照射,留针20min;穴位贴敷(甘草、苏子、麻黄、杏仁、紫苏、白芥子),比例1:1:1:1:1:0.05,磨粉,加食醋、姜汁调糊,取隔俞、肺俞、定喘(均双侧),胶布固定;轻微痒痛属于正常现象,明显痒痛去掉贴敷药膏;8h/次,3次/d。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肺功能指标(PEF、FVC、FEV1)、症状积分(咳痰量、气急、咽痒、咳嗽程度、咳嗽次数)、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效39例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率93.75%。对照组显效28例,有效9例,无效11例,总有效率77.08%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肺功能指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]Acupuncture combined with acupoint application cough variant asthma.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,96 outpatients and inpatients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Seretide 48 cases in the control group,a suck/times,2 times/d.Acupuncture treatment group of 48 patients,take sides separated Yu,bilateral Feishu,bilateral Dingchuan,iodine disinfection,75% alcohol iodine,Hua card 0.3×1mm acupuncture needles turn,lift and thrust twisting to get gas After,TDP lamp irradiation,the needle 20 min.Sticking points（Gancao,Suzi,Mahaung,Xingren,Zisu,Baijie zi）,medication ratio of 1：1：1：1：1：0.05,flour,add vinegar,ginger paste transfer,take sides separated Yu,bilateral Feishu,bilateral Dingchuanxue tape securely;mild itching is normal,obviously itching to remove sticking cream;8 h/time,3 times/d.15 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,lung function（PEF,FVC,FEV1）,symptom scores（sputum volume,shortness of breath,itchy throat,degree cough,cough frequency）,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 39 cases,effective in 6 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 93.75%.The control group 28 cases markedly effective in 9 cases,11 cases,the total efficiency of 77.08%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Lung function improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.Symptom scores improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking treatment of cough variant asthma satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
