老年性耳聋以肾气亏虚为主,由于基础疾病多,治疗较为棘手,单纯西医很难达到预期疗效。中医药结合患者自身特点,致病因素及生活环境等,辨证分型(肝肾阴虚、心脾两虚、痰瘀互结、肝胆湿热)治疗、针刺(耳针、头针、颈针)治疗等多手段结合,重视预后护理,为老年性耳聋诊疗带来新的方向。
