利多卡因胶浆润滑剂在食管调搏术中应用效果分析 被引量:6

APPLICATION OF LIDOCAINE LUBRICANT IN ESOPHAGEAL PACING:AN ANALYSIS OF ITS EFFICACY

摘要 目的探讨在食管调搏术中应用利多卡因胶浆作为润滑剂的效果。方法选择行经鼻食管调搏术治疗的室上性心动过速病人62例,分为利多卡因组32例和对照组30例,利多卡因组在放置经食管调搏电极管时以20g/L盐酸利多卡因胶浆作润滑剂,对照组常规以石蜡油作润滑剂。观察两组置管和治疗过程中病人呛咳等不良反应发生率、置管前后血流动力学改变及诊断治疗结果。结果两组病人呛咳、恶心发生率比较差异有显著性(χ^2=6.11、6.74,P〈0.05)。对照组置管前后心率、血压、血氧饱和度比较差异有显著性(t=2.62~15.37,P〈0.01);利多卡因组置管前后变化不明显。两组病人置管后心率、舒张压、血氧饱和度比较差异有显著性(t=3.13~10.96,P〈0.01)。结论应用盐酸利多卡因胶浆作电极润滑剂,可减少不良反应的发生,减轻对心血管系统的影响,操作简单、方便及安全。 Objective To explore the effect of lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage as lubricant on esophageal pacing(EP).Methods Sixty-two patients undergoing through nasal esophageal pacing(NEP)for supraventricular tachycardia(SVT)were selected,and divided into lidocaine group(n=32)and control group(n=30).Patients in the lidocaine group received lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage(20g/L)as lubricant for placing esophageal pacing electrode,and those in the control group received paraffin oil as lubricant.The incidence of adverse reactions such as bucking and so on,the hemodynamic changes before and after catheter placing,and the results of diagnosis and treatment were observed. Results The differences of incidence rates between the two groups were significant with regard to bucking and nausea(χ^2=6.11,6.74;P〈0.05).In the control group,the differences of heart rate,blood pressure,and blood oxygen saturation before and after tube placing were significant(t=2.62-15.37,P〈0.01),and in the lidocaine group,the differences of that were not significant.After the procedure,the differences between the two groups were significant in terms of heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation(t=3.13-10.96,P〈0.01). Conclusion The use of lidocaine mucilage as lubricant of electrode can decrease the occurrence of adverse reactions,reduce the impact on cardiovascular system,which is simple,convenient and safe.
