支原体肺炎伴喘息病儿血清Th1/Th2型细胞因子检测 被引量:4

DETECTION OF SERUM TH1/TH2CYTOKINES IN CHILDREN WITH MYCOPLASMA PNEUMONIAE PNEUMONIA COMPLICATED WITH GASPING

摘要 目的观察肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)伴喘息病儿血清白细胞介素18(IL-18)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平变化。方法 MPP病儿63例,其中伴喘息组30例,不伴喘息组33例,并随机抽取健康儿童30例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法,检测3组血清中IL-18、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4和IL-6浓度并进行比较。结果 MPP伴喘息组和MPP不伴喘息组血清中IL-18、TNF-α、IL-4和IL-6水平均显著高于对照组,差异有显著性(F=72.225~293.524,P〈0.01);而两组血清IFN-γ水平差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。MPP伴喘息组与不伴喘息组比较,血清IL-18、IL-6、IFN-γ水平差异无显著性(P〉0.05),TNF-α、IL-4水平差异有显著性(t=2.993、2.533,P〈0.05)。结论 MPP病儿血清中IL-18、TNF-α、IL-4和IL-6水平升高可能在MPP伴喘息发作中发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate serum levels of interleukin-18(IL-18),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)complicated with gasping. Methods Sixty-three children diagnosed with MPP were divided into two groups,30 complicated with gasping(gasping group)and 33 in non-gasping group,30 healthy children served as controls.Serum levels of IL-18,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-4and IL-6were measured by ELISA and analyzed. Results Serum levels of IL-18,TNF-α,IL-4and IL-6were significantly higher in MPP groups than that in the control group(F=72.225-293.524,P〈0.01),and the difference of serum IFN-γlevel between the two MMP groups was not significant(P〉0.05).A comparison between gasping group and non-gasping group showed no significant diferences in terms of serum levels of IL-18,IL-6and IFN-γ,but the differences were significant with regard to serum TNF-αand IL-4(t=2.993,2.533;P〈0.05). Conclusion The elevation of serum levels of IL-18,TNF-α,IL-4and IL-6in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is likely to play an important role in asthmatic attack.
