摘要
教育部《中小学教师资格考试暂行办法》在笔试科目及面试部分中都加大了实践能力考察的比例,而目前师范院校教育实习工作中,实习生、指导教师和实习学校方面还存在着诸多问题。对此,提出应加强师范生专业思想教育,细化实习考核;加强指导教师队伍和实习制度建设;加强合作开展协同育人实习工作等对策。
In "Interim Measures for Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Qualification Examination" of the Ministry of Education, the proportion of practical ability in written test and interview has been increased.But many problems still exist in intern students, faculty advisers, and practice schools in current normal school educa-tional practice.Therefore, the author puts forward that we should strengthen normal university students' profes-sional thinking education, and refine practice examination;reinforce the construction of faculty teaching body and practice system;strengthen cooperation and carry out cooperative educational practice.
