现实视角下开展义务教育质量监测的思考 被引量:4

摘要 我国义务教育质量监测制度刚刚建立,存在大家认识不到位、参与积极性不高以及监测结果使用不充分等问题。为此,义务教育质量监测的组织模式要广泛合作,数据信息要适度开放,实施过程要充分减负,结果使用要减压增效,以推动义务教育质量监测的长期健康发展。同时,国家与省级义务教育质量监测同步推进的过程中,要注意错位发展,以免工作的重复和资源的浪费。 The compulsory education quality monitoring system has just been established in our country.There are some problems at present, for example the participants do not understand the importance of this work fully, do not take part in it actively, and the use of monitoring results is not sufficient.In order to promote the long-term and healthy development of the compulsory education quality monitoring, the organizational model should be wide cooperation, the data of monitoring should open moderately, the implementation process should relieve burden of the participants, and the use of monitoring results should reduce stress of the participants and give them some ef-fective suggestions.In addition, the compulsory education quality monitoring in province level should make em-phasis different from this work in national level, in order to avoid duplication of work and waste of resources.
