摘要
定位格架力学性能是格架设计的重要研究内容,NHR200-Ⅱ型格架在NHR200-Ⅰ型格架的基础上进行了较多的结构优化改进。为获取该型格架整体强度与刚度力学性能参数,通过在相应的试验台架上对多组该型格架样品进行了力学性能试验,包括该格架的对边、对角载荷-变形试验,和格架整体屈曲试验。试验结果表明:NHR200-Ⅱ型格架设计满足燃料组件的设计要求,其相关力学性能优于NHR200-Ⅰ型格架。
The mechanical performance of the spacer is the key to the design of spacers, and the spacer of NHR200-Ⅱ is developed on the basis of the spacer of NHR200-Ⅱ. Through mechanical experiments of some 1 : 1 prototypes on a special experimental facility, such as load-displacement experiments of the spacer in thither and cornual directions and buckling of the whole spacer, the strength and the stiffness of the spacers of NHR200-Ⅱ are known. And the experimental results show that the spacer can completely meet the design demands of mechanical properties of the fuel assemblies for the NHR200-Ⅱ, showing better mechanical properties than NHR200-Ⅱ.
