摘要
为了保证核1级设备线性支承的强度,介绍了ASME、RCC_M规范对核1级设备支承的要求。讨论线型支承分析过程中临界屈曲应力的确定方法,明确许用压应力放大系数的取值范围。阐述支承设计过程中输入载荷的完整性。以蒸汽发生器中部横向支承D级工况的分析为例,对其进行了分析与评价,为核1级设备及线型支承的设计提供了参考。
To ensure the intensity of linear support of nuclear class 1E equipment, the requirement of ASME and RCC_ M standards are introduced. Methods and the range of amplification factor of allowable compressive stress are discussed to determine the critical buckling stress during the analysis of linear support. The integrity of input load is clarified. For example, the analysis and assessment of stream generator middle horizontal support for case D condition is carried out, which provides a reference for design of nuclear class 1E linear support.
