摘要
从2011年开始,全国焙烤职业技能竞赛增加了学生组的西点创意大赛,文章从参加比赛的意义、参赛学生选拔、确认指导教师、制定详细的训练方案、训练过程、参赛前准备、比赛后的思考7个方面进行分析总结,以期对教学改革有所借鉴。
Pastry innovation for students has been part of the national professional skill competition for baking since 2011. This paper analyzes and summarizes its significance,selection of participants,choice of instructors,training plans,specific training procedures,pre-contest preparations and post-contest reflections,etc.
