工业科普旅游线路设计原则与方法——以哈尔滨啤酒厂为例

Principles and Methods of Itinerary Design for Science-popularization Industrial Tours——Taking Harbin Beer Factory as an Example

工业科普旅游是科普旅游的形式之一,其线路设计关系到科普旅游效果的成效。文章针对哈尔滨啤酒厂开展的工业科普旅游进行旅游线路研究,通过阐述旅游线路设计的五种设计原则以及四种设计方法,充分结合哈尔滨啤酒厂景区的资源现状提出体验哈啤半日游、趣味科普一日游、"老字号"一日游、休闲科普两日游四种线路设计方案。

Industrial science tourism is one of the forms of popular science tourism, and its route design is to take into consideration tour effects and results. The research studies the itinerary for industrial science tourism in Harbin beer factory. Based on the five design principles and four design approaches, the paper analyzes the tourism resources of the factory and suggests four travelling plans ： half day tour to experience Harbin beer, one day tour to learn popular science, traditional one day tour, and two days＇ leisure and science tour.
