摘要
创新构建专业群的人才培养模式,探究人才培养要素的结构关系和运行机制,对于推进专业群建设、评价专业群建设的成效具有重要的现实意义。文章从专业群培养目标确立、课程体系构建、运行机制、团队保障、质量控制等人才培养要素及其内在逻辑关系角度探讨了高职旅游专业群素能并重人才培养模式的构建与实践。
It plays a significant role in promoting disciplinary group development and evaluating its effectiveness to set up disciplinary groups in an innovative way and to explore the relations of stakeholders and its running mechanism. This paper analyzes the development and practice of competence-ability oriented educational mode for tourism disciplinary groups in vocational colleges in terms of educational objectives, curricular setup, running mechanism, team construction and quality control.
