脉冲磁场对铁基非晶合金晶化和磁性能的影响

Effects of Pulse Magnetic Field Pretreatment on Crystallization Process of Iron-based Amorphous Alloy

摘要 利用XRD和DSC分析手段研究了脉冲磁场预处理对(Fe74Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75)98Nb2非晶合金结构和晶化过程的影响,通过VSM分析了非晶合金的软磁性能变化。结果表明,经过脉冲磁场处理,试样内部有原子团簇结构形成,并伴随有微量晶化相的析出;试样部分晶化后,其析出相种类增加,平均晶粒尺寸减小,晶化面积随着脉冲磁场处理时间的增加而增加。VSM检测结果表明,试样经脉冲磁场处理,其矫顽力和剩磁比显著降低,综合磁性能更加优异。 Effects of pulse magnetic field pretreatment on the structure and the crystallization process of amorphous alloy(Fe74Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75)98Nb2 were investigated by XRD and DSC.Furthermore,the magnetic properties were also analyzed by VSM.The results show that after pulse magnetic field pretreatment,there exists some atomic clusters and a little crystallized phases segregation in samples.When the samples are crystallized,precipitates are increased with the decrease of the average grain size,and the crystallization area is increased with increasing in the processing time.The VSM test results indicate that the coercivity and remanence ratio of the samples are reduced significantly after pulse magnetic field pretreatment,indicating more excellent integrated magnetic properties.
