摘要
对经冷轧制备的TC4管材进行织构分析,讨论轧制变形量和开坯道次变形量对TC4钛合金织构的影响。结果显示,原始材料的织构分布比较均衡,在(0002)中,最大值在RD方向附近,在轧制过程中极点分布逐渐发生重新排列,极点在(ND-TD)平面上偏向TD方向的排列取代了原始态的织构,最大值则出现在(ND-RD)平面的ND方向附近。在(1010)极图中,织构的重新排列出现在(ND-RD)平面,最大值出现在RD方向附近,(1010)极图的极点强度小于(0002)极图的极点强度。在(0002)和(1010)极图中,织构的强度都随着变形量的增加而增加,大的变形量可以促进织构的重组。
The texture of cold-rolled TC4 titanium alloy pipe was analyzed.Effects of rolling deformation and cogging pass-deformation rate on the texture of TC4 titanium alloy were approached.The results show that the texture of the original material exhibits relatively uniform distribution,and the maximum value of(0002)pole figure is close to the RD direction.The distribution of the pole is gradually rearranged during the rolling process,and the pole is arranged to the TD direction in the(ND-TD)plane to replace the original texture,and the maximum value is closed to ND direction in the(ND-RD)plane.In the(1010)pole figure,the rearranged texture appears in the(ND-RD)plane,and the maximum value is close to RD direction.The intensity of(1010)pole figure is less than that of(0002)pole figure.The intensity of the texture is increased with the increase of the rolling deformation in(0002)pole figure and(1010)pole figure,meanwhile,the larger deformation rate can promote the restructuring of texture.
