螺旋电磁场下铸钢锭凝固过程宏观偏析数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Macrosegregation in Cast Steel Ingot during Solidification Process under Spiral Electromagnetic Field

摘要 提出了通过螺旋电磁场来抑制宏观偏析产生的方法,构建了该过程的电磁场条件下流动场和传质场耦合数学模型,并采用有限差分法求解电磁场和温度场,采用有限体积法求解流动场和传质场。数值模拟结果表明,螺旋电磁场在高度方向上产生的洛伦兹力会对自然对流进行抑制,当源电流强度达到5kA时,宏观偏析改善效果非常明显。 A method of spiral electromagnetic was presented to suppress formation of macro-magnetic,and the mathematical model of coupled fluid and mass field under electromagnetic field was established.Finite difference method was applied to solve the electromagnetic and temperature field,and finite volume method was adopted to solve the fluid and mass field.The simulation results demonstrate that the Lorentz force generated at the height direction of spiral electromagnetic can reduce the natural convection,and an obvious decrease of macrosegregation phenomenon occurs with the magnetic induction density of 5kA.
