摘要
在680℃恒温条件下,分别采用施加超声磁场、细化剂或两种方式的组合对坩埚中的7085铝熔体进行预处理并进行浇注,分析不同工艺参数对铸锭组织的细化规律。结果表明,延长超声处理时间能增强铸锭组织的细化效果,当超声处理时间达到30min时,铸锭晶粒细化到最佳状态;超声施振结束后,在680℃恒温条件下,铝液静置时间的延长会使铸锭晶粒呈现长大的趋势,静置时间大于8min后的超声细晶效果基本消失。
Ultrasonic vibration was imposed on aluminum alloy melt to explore effects of refinement on the casting microstructure of 7085 alloy with different process parameters.At 680 ℃,the liquid aluminum was pretreated by applying ultrasonic energy field or refiner and refining agent combining ultrasonic field and then poured.The results show that the refinement effect of ingot microstructure can be enhanced with increasing in ultrasonic time.With the ultrasonic treatment for 30 min,the grain refinement exhibits desirable.Under the condition of 680℃,the grain size is coarsened gradually with increasing in holding time after ultrasonic tretament.And effect of ultrasonic refining almost disappears with holding time more than 8min.
