摘要
采用位阻因子为21的聚酯二元醇合成聚酯型阴离子WPU(水性聚氨酯),探讨了不同中和度对WPU的黏度、力学性能及储存稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:中和度越大,WPU的常温黏度越高、耐水解性越好且储存时间越长;当中和度为100%时,WPU的常温黏度、储存时间和力学性能相对最佳,可以满足工业领域的应用要求。
The polyester anionic WPU (waterborne polyurethane) was synthesized by polyester diol with sterie factor at 21, the influences of different neutralization degrees on WPU' s viscosity, mechanical property and storage stability were discussed. The research results showed that the neutralization degree was greater, so the WPU' s viscosity at room temperature was higher, the hydrolysis resistance was better, and the storage time was also longer.The WPU had the relatively optimal some properties (such as viscosity at room temperature, storage time and mechanical property), which could meet the application requirements in industrial field when neutralization degree was 100%.
