摘要
生物催化具有环保、反应条件温和及选择性高等优势,脂肪酶为制备单一异构体手性药物及其药物中间体提供了一种良好的方法。介绍了非水相酶催化的主要特点,综述了脂肪酶在制备手性醇、手性胺类药物及其中间体方面的研究进展。最后对非水相中脂肪酶制备手性药物中间体的发展方向进行了展望。
The biological catalysis had some advantages (such as environmental protection, mild reaction conditions and high selectivity), lipase provides a good method for preparing chiral drugs with single isomers and its intermediates. The main characteristics of nonaqueous phase enzyme catalysis were introduced, and the research progress of lipase was reviewed in preparing some materials (such as chiral alcohols, chiral amine drugs and their intermediates). Finally, the development direction of nonaqueous phase lipase was expected in preparing chiral drug intermediates.
