摘要 永磁电机漏磁系数与永磁体宽度、电枢轴向长度、气隙大小和槽宽等参数密切相关,在电机的设计与分析中具有重要意义。而工程中,一般凭经验选取,带来较大误差。为得到较为准确的漏磁系数,首先采用磁路分析的方法得到了"一"形磁钢永磁电机的等效磁路,计算出各磁路部分的磁导,进而推导出漏磁系数计算公式;然后利用有限元分析软件建立了电机二维磁场仿真模型,得出较为准确的漏磁系数;接着通过比较两种方法得到的漏磁系数,校正磁路计算公式,得到较为准确的计算公式,最后对校正后的公式进行了验证。 The leakage coefficient of magnet, the axial length of armature, permanent magnet motor which is closely related to the width of the size of air gap and the size of slot, etc. is very important to the motor design and analysis. Nevertheless, it is usually selected according to designers' experience which leads to great error. In order to get the more accurate formula to calculate leakage equivalent magnetic circuit of the permanent magnet motor was determined and the coefficient, firstly, the leakage permeability for every part of the motor was calculated with the method of magnetic circuit analysis. Then a more accurate leakage coefficient result was determined by establishing finite element analysis (FEA) software. Next, compared a dimensional magnetic field simulation model in the results obtained by the two methods and correct the formula to make it more accurate. Finally, the formula was validated.
