两轮电动车用正弦波电流驱动系统的研制

摘要 高效、良好的控制策略可以提高电动车的整车性能,故需要针对电动车的控制特点开发相应的控制器。为适应电动车的实际工作环境,采用了一种正弦波电流驱动的控制方案,并根据霍尔传感器得到的转子低分辨率位置信号,结合软件算法,估算出转子实时角度信息。在两轮电动车上进行了相关实验,实验结果表明,这种基于磁场定向的极坐标下定子电流矢量控制系统具有良好的性能,对电动车控制器的设计具有一定的参考价值。 The performance of electric vehicles can be improved through efficient and good control strategy. Therefore, it is a must to develop appropriate controllers matched with characteristics of electric vehicles. In order to adapt to real-time working environment of electric vehicles, a sinusoidal current scheme was adopted. Estimation of rotor real-time angle was introduced by combination of low-resolution rotor position obtained by Hall sensor with software algorithms. Experiments on electric vehicle controller were conducted. Results show that the stator current vector control system under polar coordinates based on field-oriented has good performance. And the designed system has a reference value for controllers of electric vehicle.
