摘要 采用A2 O-MBR组合工艺处理液晶TFT-LCD废水,并对其处理效果和工艺运行稳定性进行中试研究.试验结果表明,A2 O-MBR组合工艺对液晶TFT-LCD废水具有良好且稳定的处理效果,在试验条件下,系统出水COD≤35mg/L、NH3-N≤5mg/L、TN≤15mg/L、TP≤0.33mg/L、浊度≤0.2NTU,可稳定达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920—2002)的要求.试验运行期间,MBR系统可在高通量下稳定运行,跨膜压差始终在0.004~0.006 MPa之间,采用低浓度化学清洗对膜的渗透性能恢复较好. Using the A^2 O-MBR combined process for treating TFT-LCD wastewater,the treatment effect and operational stability were studied.The experimental results showed that the combined process of A^2 O-MBR had a good treatment effect and stability of TFT-LCD wastewater,under the experimental conditions,the effluent COD,NH3-N,TN,TP and turbidity were ≤35mg/L,≤5mg/L,≤15mg/L,≤0.33mg/L,≤0.2 NTU,meeting the requirements of "The reuse of urban recycling water—Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption"(GB/T 18920—2002).During the test,MBR system was stable operation at high flux,and the transmembrane pressure was always between0.004 to 0.006 MPa.The membrane permeability had a good recovery performance after chemical cleaning of low concentration.
