18个X-InDel位点在湖南汉族人群的遗传多态性

摘要 本研究采用孙宽等[1]建立的X-In Del荧光标记复合扩增系统,对湖南地区200名汉族无关个体进行基因分型,获取了18个X-In Del位点在湖南地区的相关群体遗传学数据,为该地区汉族人群的法医学鉴定提供基础数据,现报道如下。1材料与方法200名汉族无关个体的血液样本采自湖南省健康志愿者,其中男、女性各100名。采用Chelex-100法提取基因组DNA。
