摘要 基于陕煤神木张家峁矿5-2煤北部残留不规则块段煤层厚、埋深浅、顶板稳定不易垮落的特点,从巷道布置、设备配置、回采工艺、工作面通风等几方面,详细介绍了连续采煤机短壁开采技术在厚煤层不规则块段回采中的应用。回采过程中,针对顶板不易垮落形成采空区大面积悬顶的安全隐患,通过分段爆破强制放顶的方法,有效避免了顶板大面积垮落;通过构建区段边界回风通道,改善工作面作业环境。现场实践表明,连续采煤机短壁开采技术适用于稳定顶板条件下厚煤层不规则块段的开采,安全、高效地完成了5-2煤北部残留不规则块段的回采。 For the characteristic of thick coalseam, shallow buried depth, unstable roof, this paper introduced application of continu-ous miner in anomalous section of thick coalseam from roadway arrangement, equipment configuration, mining technique and ventila-tion. In mining, the method of subsection blasting for forced roof caving was applied to avoiding roof large-area caving. By constructing boundary air-return way, mining operation environment was improved. Filed practice showed that continuous miner was adaptable for a-nomalous section of thick coalseam under stable roof and residual 5-2 coal northern anomalous section was mined safely and high effi-ciently.
