摘要
研究探讨了拉萨市星级饭店员工的支持性人力资源实践的结构维度,并建立了支持性人力资源实践、组织支持感和员工工作投入的结构方程模型。研究结果表明,星级饭店的支持性人力资源实践包括员工培训、个人发展、参与决策、就业稳定和薪酬福利。支持性人力资源实践既对工作投入有直接影响,同时还通过组织支持感产生间接影响。
This study explored the structure dimensions of supportive human resources practice of star-rated ho- tels in Lhasa, established a structural equation model of supportive human resources practice, perceived organiza- tional support and job involvement. The results showed that supportive human resources practice includes em- ployee training, personal development, decision-making, employment stability, compensation and welfare. Sup- portive human resources practice has not only direct effect on job involvement, but also indirect effect through perceived organizational support.
