拉萨市星级饭店支持性人力资源实践与员工工作投入关系的实证研究 被引量:1

An Empirical Study on the Relationship of Supportive Human Resources Practice and Job Involvement of Star-rated Hotels of Lhasa

摘要 研究探讨了拉萨市星级饭店员工的支持性人力资源实践的结构维度,并建立了支持性人力资源实践、组织支持感和员工工作投入的结构方程模型。研究结果表明,星级饭店的支持性人力资源实践包括员工培训、个人发展、参与决策、就业稳定和薪酬福利。支持性人力资源实践既对工作投入有直接影响,同时还通过组织支持感产生间接影响。 This study explored the structure dimensions of supportive human resources practice of star-rated ho- tels in Lhasa, established a structural equation model of supportive human resources practice, perceived organiza- tional support and job involvement. The results showed that supportive human resources practice includes em- ployee training, personal development, decision-making, employment stability, compensation and welfare. Sup- portive human resources practice has not only direct effect on job involvement, but also indirect effect through perceived organizational support.
