次磷酸铝/苯氧基环三磷腈协同阻燃聚碳酸酯的性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究了次磷酸铝(AHP)和苯氧基环三磷腈(PCPZ)协效阻燃剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)的阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:AHP与PCPZ的质量比为1∶1复配后,协效阻燃剂的质量分数在10.0%时,阻燃PC的极限氧指数为35.5%,达到UL 94(1.6mm)V-0级。 The flame retardant properties of halogen-free flame retardant PC using aluminum hypophosphite(AHP)and phenoxy cyclotriphosphazene(PCPZ)as synergistic flame retardant were investigated.The results show that when the mass ratio of AHP to PCPZ is 1∶1,and the mass fraction of synergistic retardant is 10.0%,the vertical flame test is V-0,the limit oxygen index is 35.5%.
