复合体建筑设计策略研究——以春江新城地铁上盖物业为例

Strategy Study of Complex Structure Design——Taking Metro's Cover Property of Chunjiang Xincheng as Example

文章通过南京市春江新城地铁上盖物业工程项目设计实例,阐述在复合体建筑设计中,尤其是与城市轨道联系的复合体工程设计中,如何体现地铁上盖物业的特色,建立较为完善的平面交通和垂直交通体系,并完成与城市景观相呼应的主题,塑造丰富多彩的现代都市生活空间,体现现代生活高效率、高品质、快节奏等的特点。

Using the built construction project above the ＂Chunjiang New Town＂ metro station in Nanjing as a real life case study, this paper introduces various architectural interventions that could be adopted in mixeduse urban development, especially the ones that incorporate the city metro system, in order to represent and accommodate the efficient, high-quality and fast-paced modern metropolitan lifestyle. The emphasis of this paper is placed on design strategies that help to uniquely express the characteristics of buildings above metro stations, to comprehensively integrate horizontal and vertical traffic circulation, to contextually respond to the surrounding urban landscape and to actively create vibrant urban space.
