少墙框架结构在既有建筑加固中的应用

Application of Frame Structures with Little Shear Walls in Strengthening of Existing Buildings

少墙框架结构作为一种特殊的结构形式,不可避免的会在实际工程中出现,尤其是在既有建筑的抗震加固与改造项目中。文章介绍了少墙框架结构的应用范围以及规范中的定义。通过对规范的分析,给出了此类结构的设计思路和具体方法。最后,以海南某改造工程为例,通过引入少墙框架结构的设计方法,成功解决了该建筑原有抗震能力不足的问题,希望能为类似既有建筑的功能提升提供借鉴。

As a special type of structure, the frame structures with little shear walls have inevitably appeared in actual projects, especially in the area of earthquake resistance, reinforcement and retrofitting to existing buildings. Before supplying the design route and detailed method to this kind of structure through analyzing the national codes, this paper introduced the application range and the definition of frame structure with little shear walls. Lastly, a project with insufficient seismic capacity in Hainan was strengthened successfully by adopting adding little shear walls in the structure. It is expected to be a reference for similar issues about improving the functions of existing buildings in the future.
