摘要
针对新机研发之初,在仅有飞机初步方案而需预测飞机制造工时定额的实际情况,提出用重量法和参数方程法测算首架飞机制造工时定额,并以此为基础,利用熟练曲线推算试制批和批生产工时定额的方法。文章对测算首架飞机制造工时的国外三种参数法方程,应用于我国飞机研制实践的可行性进行了验算分析,同时,在收集国内飞机制造工时定额基础上,经回归得出我们自己的测算首架飞机制造工时定额的参数方程,可供飞机设计、工艺和工时定额管理人员试用。
For the actual situation that it needs to predetermine the aircraft manufacturing man-hour quota at the beginning of new aircraft development only with the preliminary plan, it is proposed to predetermine the man-hour quota for the first aircraft manufacturing by using weight method and parameter equation method, and taking this as the basis, to predict the method of man-hour quota for trial production and batch production using descending curve of laboring time. The paper verifies and analyzes the feasibility that three oversea parameter equations of calculating man-hour for manufacturing the first aircraft are applied to research and manufacturing of domestic aircraft,meanwhile, on the basis of the man-hour quota of manufacturing domestic aircraft collected, the regression parameter equation of calculating man-hour quota for manufacturing the first aircraft can be used as reference for aircraft design, technology and man-hour management.
