摘要
针对某型飞机框梁进行结构分析,应用有限元法和工程梁方法对梁进行强度校核,分析表明,梁强度不满足要求。本文采用工程上常用的尺寸优化方法对梁进行改进设计,优化后的结构在满足外界约束的同时,降低了梁最大应力,满足了强度要求。
The paper performs a structure analysis by using FEA(Finite Element Analysis) and engineering beam method for beam of a certain aircraft. The analysis suggests that strength of the beam doesn’t meet the requirement.The paper uses size optimization in engineering for the beam to improve design and get optimization form. The optimized structure reduces the max. stress and meets strength requirement of the beam under the condition of meeting the outside constraints.
