摘要
为了模拟飞机飞行高度、飞行爬升率和俯冲率,研制了一套高空模拟系统。本文从真空泵系统选型、高空模拟舱设计和抽气能力仿真计算等方面,论述了高空模拟系统的设计思想和技术关键,经过设备调试和试验验证表明,该高空模拟系统模拟精确,满足试验要求。
To simulate aircraft’s flight altitude, climbing rate and diving rate, a high altitude simulation system is developed. This paper discusses the design idea and technical key points of the high altitude simulation system in terms of type selection of vacuum pump system, design of high altitude simulation cabin, simulation computation of air pumping capability, etc. The high altitude simulation system simulates accurately and meets the test requirement after through the equipment adjustment and test verification.
