摘要
针对某型飞机发动机操纵系统钢索断裂问题,从装配质量、钢索质量、操作情况和钢索应力四个方面进行了原因分析,并对发动机操纵系统进行了设计改进,通过试验验证,大大提高了产品的可靠性。
Causes to cable breaking of engine control system of a type of aircraft are described and analyzed from assembly quality, cable quality, system operation and cable stress. The design of engine control systan is modified.The reliability of the cable is improved greatly verified in the fest.
